(Cancelled) Notice for International / Lead Expert and Local Experts for Western Balkans on Secondment in Public Service
ReSPA is seeking to engage one International/ Lead Expert who shall conduct a Baseline Analysis on Secondment Policy and Legislation in Public Administrations in the WB region as well as to identify at least two EU countries as good models that WB region might replicate.
ReSPA is seeking to engage 6 (six) Local Experts fluent in English from ReSPA members (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) and from Kosovo* which will conduct a baseline analysis on the Secondment policy and legislations in Public Administrations.
