Call for International and regional experts - Comparative study on Service Delivery
ReSPA Members and Kosovo* are already facing significant novelties in the area of Service Delivery. These developments have impact on the organizational structure, importance and work of public administration as a whole. In order to asses this situation, and to support its beneficiaries, ReSPA will commission, support development, and publish the Study on Service Delivery. Therefore, ReSPA is looking for:
eGovernment Key Expert
Quality Management Key Expert
Lead Expert in PAR (Public Administration Reform)
Regional Expert in Public Administration for Albania and Kosovo*
Regional Expert in Public Administration for Bosnia and Herzegovina
Regional Expert in Public Administration for Macedonia
Regional Expert in Public Administration for Montenegro and Serbia
Please find attached the Procurement Notice containing detailed ToR individually for each of the above stated positions. Please find enclosed also General explanatory document and structure of the comparative study on service delivery. The required documentation should be submitted in electronic format by e-mail to the following address: procurement@respaweb.eu by 11 December 2017 before Midnight
