ReSPA is contributing to a civil society regionally owned and led capacity building programme organized by Europe Plus (EU+), financially supported by the Open Society Foundation - Western Balkans, with the first three-day Executive Training on “Regional Cooperation, Common Regional Market Implementation and Gradual Integration into the EU Single Market,” which will be held on 21-23 April 2026, at the premises of the MAK Albania Hotel, in Tirana, Albania.

Aligned with the strategic objectives, ReSPA contributes to the implementation of the REPACT - Regional Executive Programme for Cooperation and Transformation, a flagship regional capacity-building initiative organised by Europe Plus, Tirana and supported by the Open Society Foundation - Western Balkans. The programme is designed to strengthen implementation capacities and enhance regional cooperation across the Western Balkans by translating EU integration commitments into practical, operational expertise.

The programme provides participants with practical insights into EU enlargement, governance of the Common Regional Market, rule of law as an enabler of economic integration, and the implementation of the EU Growth Plan, combining expert input, case studies, and peer exchange.

Through this initiative, ReSPA facilitates regional dialogue among public administration, business, and civil society representatives, fostering shared understanding and cooperation on key reform priorities. The programme ultimately aims to support more effective implementation of EU-related reforms, strengthen institutional capacities, and accelerate the gradual alignment of Western Balkan economies with the EU Single Market.
