The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Operations and Finance Manager”, a full-time position, located in the ReSPA Secretariat, in Podgorica, Montenegro.
The Operations and Finance Manager at ReSPA will play a crucial role in optimizing ReSPA’s operational systems, policies, and procedures to drive the organization’s mission forward. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth management of ReSPA’s financial operations, facilities, and related services, including oversight of budgeting, procurement, and compliance. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the Operations and Finance Manager will support strategic planning, guide financial decision-making, and ensure that ReSPA’s activities are efficient, well-coordinated, and in line with compliance standards.

Vacancy announcement - Programme Manager
The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Programme Manager”, a full-time position, located in the ReSPA Secretariat.
The Programme Manager is in charge of designing policy dialogue, learning, regional peer networking and capacity-building programmes aimed at supporting public governance enhancement through advanced cooperation amongst the Western Balkans administrations and implementing regional activities that provide added value to the public sector, in terms of their administrative capacities, Human Resources development or advancement towards effective EU membership.

The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Communication and Visibility Officer”, in the frame of the EC Grant Contract CN 2022/437-350.
The Communication and Visibility Officer (CVO) will support ReSPA with enhancing visibility and outreach to stakeholders, and will boost the implementation of the Communication and Visibility Action Plan. The communication officer will ensure solid promotion of the activities through professional communication with the relevant audience and ensuring the visibility of the results achieved by ReSPA as well as overall results on PAR agenda at regional level and in ReSPA members.

Vacancy Announcement : Project assistant
The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Project Assistant”, in the frame of the EC Grant Contract CN 2022/437-350.
The Project Assistant (PA) performs administrative tasks according to the instructions and ensures smooth communication between all relevant parties. The PA shall be involved in all phases of the project, which results in a broad range of tasks. The PA should support ReSPA Operation and finance area in daily task in connection to actions covered by the EC grant contract.

Vacancy Announcement : Partnership and Knowledge Management Officer
The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Partnership and Knowledge Management Officer”, in the frame of the EC Grant Contract CN 2022/437-350.
The Partnership and Knowledge Management Officer (PKMO) will be in charge for developing the Knowledge management platform, promote its usage as well as maintain it constantly updated. The officer shall also tackle business development as well as supporting the fulfilment of horizontal aspects, such as programming, reporting, monitoring, evaluation, identification of training opportunities, etc.; all related to the activities implemented under the Grant. Furthermore, the officer will devote part of the time to steer regional donor coordination and institutional partnerships.

The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) has launched the Vacancy announcement for the position of “Public Policies Innovations and Digitalization officer”, in the frame of the EC Grant Contract CN 2022/437-350.
The Public Policy Innovations and Digitalization Officer (PPIDO) will be responsible for delivering wide-ranging policy support across ReSPA Member administrations through providing assistance on national and regional policy issues, development and implementation of capacity building programmes on digitalization in the context of the Western Balkans, and implementing policies and strategies that support ReSPA’s vision to be the PAR regional hub (especially in digitalization area).
