In a landmark meeting at the ReSPA premises, Director HANDJISKA-TRENDAFILOVA warmly welcomed a delegation from Montenegro's Human Resources Management Agency (HRMA), led by Director Agron CAMAJ. The purpose of the meeting was to explore extensive avenues for even stronger collaboration, aiming to elevate the development of human resources within Montenegro's public institutions.
The discussions during the meeting laid the foundation for a robust partnership focused on enhancing HR management across Montenegrin PA institutions, with ReSPA`s more prominent role. The exchange of innovative ideas underscored the mutual commitment to addressing challenges and fostering continuous improvement in human resource management within Montenegro's public institutions.
Director HANDJISKA-TRENDAFILOVA expressed her satisfaction with the fruitful exchange, highlighting the valuable guidance provided by Director CAMAJ for ReSPA's continued support: "We are delighted to learn that our Mobility scheme has positively influenced further advancements in HRMA. Today's meeting has unveiled new pathways for our collaborative efforts, with ReSPA ready to support HRMA substantially. This support could entail HR management, developing e-application solutions, closer collaboration on staff satisfaction surveys at the local level, and the organisation of conferences for the HRMS system. Concrete requests and expectations from institutions allow us to tailor our HRMD program more accurately, anticipating tangible results."
