The meeting convened over 20 EFACs from the Western Balkans to discuss enhancing PEF procedures and EFAC engagement. It included a review of completed and ongoing PEF procedures. Led by Olivera Damjanovic, Slaven Bukarica from ReSPA, and Philip Parzher from KDZ, the meeting fostered discussions on lessons learned and EFAC engagement modalities, drawing from experiences in ReSPA, Austria, and the EU.

Dalibor Ćopić, Kenan Avdagic, Julija Nikoloska, Goran Paštrović, and Sandra Nedeljković contributed valuable insights based on their experiences with PEF procedures, covering aspects like organization assessment, on-site visit preparation, and document support.

Participants also shared their views on the future role of EFACs, crucial for enhancing the quality management of public administration in the Western Balkans.
