Municipality of Zeta, Montenegro, Commences CAF Implementation Journey
23-24 September, Zeta, Montenegro
To enhance public service delivery, the Municipality of Zeta in Montenegro has embarked on implementing the Common Assessment Framework (CAF).
Led by Slaven Bukarica from ReSPA and expert Igor Markovski, the municipality's CAF Self-Assessment team completed their first workshop. Ms. Jelena Mitrovic from the Ministry of Public Administration also attended as an observer.
During the inaugural workshop, participants immersed themselves in understanding CAF's objectives and its practical implementation methodology. Over the next three months, the team will conduct a comprehensive self-assessment, leveraging CAF to identify strengths and pinpoint areas for improvement, such as internal communications and procedural enhancements.
Like many public institutions, the Municipality of Zeta aims to foster growth by fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By applying the CAF framework, they aspire to elevate the quality of their services, ultimately benefiting local citizens.
We extend our best wishes to the Municipality of Zeta on this transformative journey towards refined quality management and enhanced public service delivery.
