Last week marked the commencement of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) implementation at two key institutions in the Western Balkans: the Bureau of Meteorology of Montenegro and the Secretariat for Legislation of North Macedonia.

The CAF Self-Assessment teams participated in their inaugural workshop, gaining a profound understanding of the CAF process and its transformative benefits for public institutions. Facilitated by ReSPA's experts Slaven Bukarica and Igor Markovski, and supported by the BACID III Project, the workshop fostered an in-depth exploration of institutional strengths and areas for improvement. This foundational self-assessment sets the stage for enhancing service delivery and operational excellence, benefiting citizens across both nations.

Following the workshop, teams are poised to advance with the CAF Questionnaire, embarking on a comprehensive journey to refine their organizational capabilities further.
