The Meeting of the Directors of Training Institutions from the Western Balkans was held back-to-back with the DISPA meeting, reaffirming ReSPA’s dedication to enhancing networking and collaboration between Western Balkan institutions and EU counterparts.

During the meeting, participants shared progress and innovative approaches since their last gathering in Alcalá de Henares in 2023, focusing on leadership, digital skills, knowledge management, training preparation and the use of AI in training preparation.

The event also provided an excellent platform for representatives from the State School of Public Administration of Croatia to share their valuable insights on the institution’s operational advancements and its crucial support to reform efforts in the Republic of Croatia with counterparts from across the Western Balkans.

Some of the conclusions of the event were the importance of support among WB administrations, fostering ties with EU institutes, and laying the groundwork for a joint regional initiative for 2025 aimed at further strengthening collaboration across the region.
