Based on the findings of Feasibility report on ReSPA Quality Management Centre, it is intended that ReSPA becomes responsible for the support of Quality Management and implementation of quality management instruments such as CAF (Common Assessment Framework – self assessment tool) in all public sector organizations of the Western Balkan region. Apart from giving a focus on QM instruments, there is confirmed need to provide support to the process of digital transformation of Public Administration in the Western Balkans. Therefore, continuation of ReSPA work in subject area i.e. seasonal school for digital transformation in an upgraded format has been foreseen.  Sustainability of the activity is dependent to the large extent on increase of the capacities, both of ReSPA secretariat and ReSPA Governing structures.

ReSPA is seeking for the below listed Experts who would support preparation of three-day training designated to Design thinking methodology. Please find attached the Procurement notice for both positions:

• 20006 Senior Expert in design of Public Services
• 20006 Senior Expert in Human Cantered design methodology

Please find attached the Procurement notice including Terms of Reference for each of the assignments.
