Notice for Experts on Better Regulation
ReSPA is preparing a regional comparative study on Better Regulation efforts in the Western Balkan countries. The study should be an update and upgrade of the Baseline Analysis on Better Regulation and Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) in the Western Balkan countries that was performed in 2015. The comparative study should be presented at the regional conference on Better Regulation planned for 1-2 December 2016 in Belgrade. Therefore, ReSPA is looking for an expert in Better Regulation to prepare this comparative study and provide policy recommendations for Western Balkan countries. Deadline for submission of applications is 13 September 2016 by 17:00 CET. Attached is the Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference.
