ReSPA seeks for Expert for producing the study on the policy co-ordination processes in Kosovo*. The assignment's overall goal is to contribute to a more efficient implementation of public administration reform in the region by strengthening policy co-ordination, especially the co-ordination among PAR and PFM strategies.
