ReSPA is seeking for Expert in digitalisation for collecting the data in the public administrations of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Western Balkans Regional Study on Digitalisation. For more information about the assignment, please find attached the Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference (ToR).
