ReSPA’s Regional Study on Income and Asset Declarations promoted at the Regional Conference on Asset Disclosure in West and Central Africa
ReSPA’s Regional Study on Income and Asset Declarations has been promoted at the Regional Conference on Asset Disclosure in West and Central Africa held in Senegal from 26-28 May 2014.
Printed copies have been sent to the conference participants meanwhile Mr. Tilman Hoppe, the international expert supervising ReSPA publication was a special guest at the conference. This publication is available on ReSPA website http://www.respaweb.eu/11/library#respa-publications-and-research-18
The conference was organised by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in partnership with the World Bank (WB), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Centre for Studies and Research - Action on Governance (CERAG), the National Office for the fight against fraud and corruption in Senegal (OFNAC), the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA), the USAID - Governance and Peace Programme in Senegal (USAID/PGP) and the Embassy of France. The participants to the Conference consisted of Public officials in charge of asset disclosure, parliamentarians with a specific interest in the issue of asset disclosure; university researchers and representatives of civil society, media etc
