ReSPA is organizing Training of Trainers on Integrity Challenges in Recruitment and Selection in the Civil Service. The training will be attended by the trainers from Human Resource Management from ReSPA Members and Kosovo*.
In 2018 the publication on Integrity and Good Governance in the Western Balkans was produced in cooperation of the Institute of Comparative Law from Belgrade, the Centre for Integrity in the Defence Sector (CIDS) of the Kingdom of Norway, and the Regional School of Public Administration (RESPA). The publication provides an insight into the international standards in the area of integrity building, the existing national integrity legal frameworks and the best international and regional practices that can be used to address the key challenges to integrity in the public domain. The publication presents a comprehensive and flexible tool that can be used for training of public sector employees.
The working language of the Training of Trainers is English.
