Discover EU careers: opportunities, pathways and recruitment

What career opportunities are available within the institutions of the European Union? What are the different types of employment and professional statuses? And how does the EU recruitment process work?

This webinar, open to all, will provide a clear and practical introduction to EU career opportunities and recruitment pathways, including the procedures organised by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO). It will help participants navigate the different options available and gain a better understanding of what a career within the EU institutions can look like.

The session is designed as an informative introduction, not a competition preparation course. It will combine the expertise of the dedicated EU competition preparation team of the French National Institute of Public Service (INSP, formerly ENA) with a first-hand testimonial from a professional currently working within the EU institutions.

As the Western Balkans and the Eastern Partnership regions move along their European integration path, this webinar offers an opportunity to explore European career opportunities and better understand the pathways to join the EU public service.
