ReSPA is organizing the Community of Practice meeting for the 2024 Western Balkans Public Administration Awards Winners, in Kolasin, Montenegro on 12-13 March 2025.

The event will bring together representatives from the winning teams of all three contests, fostering a collaborative environment for networking and partnership building.

A comprehensive two-day workshop aims to enhance skills in project management, leadership, decision-making, agile critical thinking, pitching ideas, risk and change management, communication, and regional cooperation.

They will refine their abilities, which are crucial for service delivery project development, and they will also have an opportunity to forge partnerships and explore future cooperation avenues regionally, bilaterally, and multilaterally.

This workshop promises to be a rewarding experience, facilitating the replication of exemplary initiatives across the region.
