ReSPA is organizing the Leadership Development stream of the Public Servants’ Capacity Building & Mobility Programme 3.0, on 24–25 June 2026 in Rome at the premises of Palazzo Vidoni and SNA.

This programme represents an important platform for professional exchange, regional cooperation, and strengthening leadership capacities within public administrations across the Western Balkans. Through cooperation between ReSPA, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and the Italian National School of Administration (SNA), participants will have the opportunity to engage in high-level discussions, peer learning, and comparative exchange with distinguished experts and colleagues.

The programme brings together senior public managers whose experience, perspectives, and contributions are essential for fostering meaningful dialogue on leadership, institutional development, and public administration reform in the region.
