ReSPA is launching the Leadership Academy, a flagship executive leadership development programme for senior public managers from the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership region.

The Academy is designed as a cohort-based learning journey combining experiential learning, peer exchange, simulations, facilitated reflection and direct exposure to European leadership practices. It aims to strengthen the strategic leadership capacities of senior officials leading complex reforms in public administration reform (PAR), public financial management (PFM) and EU accession.

The first module will take place from 14 to 18 September 2026 in Paris and Brussels. The Paris component, delivered at the Institut national du service public (INSP) from 14 to 16 September, will focus on leadership profiles, inspiring communication and coalition-building. The Brussels component on 17 and 18 September will include institutional learning visits and the Leadership Enlargement Walk, exposing participants to EU leadership practices, enlargement dynamics and European administrative values.
