ReSPA is organising the Quality Management Conference: Strengthening Excellence and Performance in Public Administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will take place on 9 October 2026 in Sarajevo (Hotel Europe).

The conference is being organized by PARCO, the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Civil Service Agency of Republika Srpska, with the support of ReSPA's Regional Quality Management Centre (RQMC) through a ReSPA Support Instrument.

The event aims to bring together senior public administration representatives, quality management practitioners, CAF users, local government representatives, and international experts to exchange experiences and discuss the role of quality management and CAF in supporting public administration reform, strengthening organizational performance, and improving service delivery.
