ReSPA and SIGMA have launched the third edition of Public Administration Awards 2024 in the Western Balkans, titled "Building a Better Public Administration for and with Users!" aiming to identify, reward, and promote initiatives that are impactful and developed together with and for the citizens and businesses of the region.

We are searching for initiatives from a wide range of areas, policy sectors and fields of public governance, be it those that apply digital technologies or are based on administrative simplification or those that foster innovation, inclusiveness, improve accessibility or ensure community participation as long as they demonstrate clear and tangible outcomes for users. We will honour initiatives that serve as examples of good practice, lead to better public service delivery, and improve the quality of life of citizens in the region while addressing users' needs and demonstrating measurable results.
