ReSPA and the Ministry of Public Administration of North Macedonia are organising the Promotion of the improved IT tool for monitoring the implementation, on 18 December 2025 in Skopje, North Macedonia. 

The event aims to promote the new IT tool for improving public administration, to inform all stakeholders (public institutions, the private sector, academia, and civil society organizations) about its use, significance, and benefits, as well as to encourage all participants to engage in active cooperation and implementation. This event will raise awareness of the digital transformation in public administration, encourage cross-sectoral cooperation, and support the efficient implementation and use of the upgraded IT tool for monitoring the public administration reform process in our country.

The aim is to improve the quality of services and innovation within public institutions, as well as to increase the efficiency and transparency of processes through digitalization and the integration of modern IT systems. This process is part of broader efforts for public administration reform, focused on modernizing procedures, simplifying services, reducing bureaucracy, and increasing accountability to citizens. The application of innovative technologies is key to better resource management, faster institutional performance, and more effective monitoring of results.

Additionally, the event will highlight the contribution of the upgraded IT tool to greater transparency for citizens and all stakeholders, enabling easier access to information related to the public administration reform process.
