Regional CAF and PEF networks
The Regional CAF Network consists of CAF Contact Points—up to two representatives per ReSPA Member—comprising CAF Correspondents and public officials with hands-on experience in CAF implementation. Members of the network monitor the CAF application within their administrations, promote awareness of the model, participate in training organised by the Centre, and report on the implementation of quality management activities aligned with the PAR Strategy Action Plan in their respective countries.
The Regional PEF Network is made up of External CAF Feedback Experts (EFACs), with up to three members per ReSPA Member administration. EFACs serve as evaluators, conducting the CAF External Feedback Procedure (PEF).
Network members are selected upon successful completion of the EFAC Certified Training organised by ReSPA.
