27 February 2025 News

ReSPA team fostered trust, teamwork, and innovation among themselves during the series of interactive activities designed to enhance collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

The program began with an Innovation Lab Hackathon, where the ReSPA team was divided into teams and tasked with developing and pitching innovative ideas that could enhance ReSPA’s work. The teams engaged in brainstorming sessions, designed proposals, and prepared video pitches to present their ideas. Moderated by Slaven Bukarica and Jelisaveta Tasev, the session encouraged out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. Following the presentations, the best idea was selected through a voting process, and the winners were awarded a trophy.

Later, a ReSPA Quiz Game tested participants’ knowledge about the organization in a fun and competitive format. The most knowledgeable team was rewarded with special gifts, further strengthening team spirit and engagement.

On the final day, the team gathered for a joint activity where they participated in the Back-to-Back: Honest Communication Exercise, moderated by Marija Orović. The activity aimed to improve communication and trust within the team by encouraging open discussions and reflections on strengths and weaknesses in teamwork. The team wrapped up with a reflection on the valuable experiences gained and the strengthened bonds among colleagues.

ReSPA’s team-building initiative reaffirmed its commitment to fostering collaboration, trust, and continuous learning, which are essential for driving innovation and excellence in public administration across the Western Balkans.
