Conference will facilitate the exchange of views on the importance of Open Government, Open Data and Open Government Partnerships in the governance reform process and institutional capacity building, including how could its interconnection and relation on eDemocracy and eParticipation. The discussion will contribute to EC Strategy of transitioning to Digital Society using Open Government and Open Data and how Open Government and Open Data can open doors for Public Private and Public Civil Partnership. The event will include also credible speakers and the representatives of the organizations from such as EC Commission, UNDP, RCC, eSEE and others. The Conference will target representatives  from the Danube Region , including Western Balkan as well as representatives from the Adriatic Ionian Region Public Administration Institutions responsible for eGovernment and for the implementation of administrative reforms in line ministries (Ministries responsible for Public Administration, Ministries of EU integration, PA organizations responsible for eGovernment, HRM authorities, etc.), ReSPA expert working groups in related areas, representatives of European Commission and other respected regional and international institutions, professionals in the subject, Academia, Civil Society and Think Tank organizations' representatives.
