e-Government Working Group meeting
ReSPA is organizing the first e-Government Working Group Meeting this year which will be held virtually via Zoom, on 09 June 2021, from 1 PM till 4 PM (CET).
During the meeting, ReSPA will introduce the planned activities within the e-Government area to receive feedback from WG members for further tailoring them.
The meeting will serve as a good forum to developing new sets of activities such as E Gov pilots, Methodology for Open Data and Zero Open Data Guidelines developed in 2020, but also to brainstorm and flush out the innovative aspect of work in the e-Gov area which the WG members consider the most needed to be improved or studied.
E GOV pilots is a new ReSPA project initiative led by the understanding that the innovative development of digitized public services can be supported at the level where the individual e-service is put into practice. Based on the accumulated experiences from e-service teams who would implement E Gov pilots, it is expected to come to common “main principles” related to the design of digitized public services and their delivery that could be used by the service providers in WB public administrations.
“Methodology for ex-ante impact assessment of opening governmental data” is an analytical paper dedicated to the methodology for assessing the level and nature of demand for data opening, which can be used by public institutions and governments when making decisions about releasing the data. The Methodology is to a certain extent the follow up of “Zero Open data Guidelines”
The meeting will primarily target members of the e-Government Working Group, but the invitation will be also extended to OGP national points of contact from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
