The participants will be given opportunity to familiarize and discuss on Leadership and Foresight as Key Differentiators, Integration of Foresight into Policy-Making, Foresight's Power in Positive Future-Shaping, Immediate and Future Focus of Effective Leadership.

The workshop is intended for mid/senior public servants from ReSPA Members from institutions in charge of: Strategic Planning (PMO, General Secretariats), EU Integration Coordination, Finance and Human Resources Management.
