Western Balkans High-Level Policy Dialogue “Attractive and Skilled Public Service Fit for Future”
ReSPA is hosting the Western Balkans High-Level Policy Dialogue "Attractive and Skilled Public Service Fit for Future" on 17th November in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Policy Dialogue will gather Ministers responsible for PAR in the Western Balkans, senior public officials, representatives from the European Commission, regional and international organizations, CSOs, distinguished experts, and others to discuss the vision of a public service that is appealing and highly skilled, capable of addressing the intricate challenges of the 21st century. As such, it offers a valuable opportunity for the most significant players in PAR throughout the Western Balkans to exhibit and promote the exchange of best practices in transforming public administrations into preferred employers for young professionals skilled in developing and retaining talents within civil services.
In an ever-changing and dynamic context, the notion of a modern and forward-thinking public service is of utmost importance for societal progress and prosperity.
