ReSPA is organizing a three-day meeting – Towards a Sustainable Quality Management Approach -  Building the Foundations by partnering in excellence, jointly with SIGMa OECD, Giz Eastern Partnership (EaP) project and EIPA CAF RC, which will be conducted on the 27^th, 28^th and 29^th of February in ReSPA premises (1^st March meeting will be held outside of ReSPA and does not require ReSPA presence. )

The objective of the meeting is to contribute to building the foundations for a sustainable quality management approach in the EaP region by exchanging and knowledge transfer about the experience from countries in the Western Balkan region and EU, with a particular focus on ReSPA experience and the inception of the Regional Quality Management Centre. The insights garnered from ReSPA's experiences will serve as guiding information, offering valuable recommendations for potential actions tailored to the specific needs of the EaP countries.

The participants at the meeting will be twenty-three senior officials from the relevant institutions or departments dealing with service delivery from Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine.
