ReSPA designed a tailor-made regional mobility scheme in close partnership with the following regional organizations: Regional Cooperation Council; CEFTA Secretariat; Transport Community Treaty Secretariat; Regional Anti-corruption Initiative; Regional Youth Cooperation Office; Centre of Excellence in Finance; Western Balkans Fund; Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum, to promote Western Balkans’ intra-regional mobility of public servants within the EU and further boosting regional cooperation initiatives.

The Regional Mobility Programme promises to be a transformative experience, offering invaluable insights
and forging lasting connections among the public servants of the Western Balkans with renowned lecturers and experts, officials of EU institutions and officers of various regional organizations.

Executive education in College of Europe  – The Executive education programme is designed as an intensive learning, skills diversifying and networking activity, which will tackle the following areas:

  • EU integration and regional cooperation: This module will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities of EU integration, policy implementation and regional cooperation, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of European governance;
  • Strategic policy development: this session will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of EU policymaking processes. Through an exploration of various stages of EU policy development, participants will learn about the role of EU policy frameworks, legislative mechanisms, and stakeholder engagement;
  • EU Financial Management and Budget Analysis: This module will give an overview of EU financial frameworks, budgetary procedures, and the management of funds across various EU programs and policies; 
  • Public administration and governance reforms: this module seeks to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and challenges surrounding public administration and governance within the European Union.

The agenda also includes a half-day workshop that equips participants with indispensable communication skills and strategies for navigating complex negotiation processes.
