ReSPA is organizing the Workshop on Competencies: Navigating the Future of Digital Transformation, on 9-10 July at ReSPA premises, Podgorica (Montenegro).

The workshop will enable practitioners from ReSPA Members to gain insights into good practices of competency frameworks that follow modern trends and learn from each other and OECD members. Furthermore, fostering dialogue on overcoming specific challenges related to digital competencies in the Western Balkans will be discussed, and actionable recommendations tailored to improving competency frameworks in the Western Balkan administrations will be developed.

This workshop targets senior managers with HRM responsibilities in the region's ministries, particularly from the Ministries of Public Administration and HRM authorities/Civil Service Agencies and officers dealing with competency frameworks.
