Online session on “Green Public Administration.”
Building on the success of two Cycles of capacity-building and mobility programme “Cultivating Excellence towards a Shared European Administrative Space: Connecting the Western Balkans and Italian Administration through the Public Servants Capacity Building and Mobility Programme", crafted in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian National School of Administration (SNA), ReSPA is organizing Online session on “Green public administration”.
Participants from Policy Development and Coordination, European Integration, and Digital Transformation modules will convene virtually to explore horizontal topics such as green public administration. Experts from SNA will lead discussions on Green Public Procurement, emphasizing the adoption of energy-efficient products and services in government operations.
Funded by the Italian MFA, this initiative aims to provide a comprehensive platform for over 55 dedicated public servants from the region. Participants engage in intensive training modules, study visits, and exchanges with Italian institutions. The program aims to foster peer learning, share experiences, and enhance familiarity with Italian and EU administrative practices, thereby strengthening relationships with EU Member States like Italy. This effort is pivotal as it supports the ongoing integration efforts by bolstering human capital and institutional capacities across the Western Balkans.
