ReSPA is organizing the Workshop on Enhancing Human Resource Management in the Western Balkans, held alongside the Meeting of the HRMPD Working Group, on 20–21 February 2025 at the Science and Technology Park in Podgorica, Montenegro

This activity provides a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding of human resource monitoring by examining methodologies through case studies from Western Balkan and EU administrations, addressing key challenges, and sharing success stories. Additionally, it will serve as a platform to highlight best practices from participating administrations, identify priorities for the upcoming EC grant, and shape a targeted and impactful programme of work for 2025.
