Connecting Western Balkans with the Italian Administration 2.0 - Performance Measurement in Public Administration

ReSPA, in partnership with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian National School of Administration (SNA), is pleased to launch the Opening Conference and Induction Day marks the official launch of the Public Servants’ Capacity Building and Mobility Programme 2.0, an initiative designed to foster knowledge exchange, institutional cooperation, and administrative excellence between the Western Balkans and the Italian administration.

Building on the success of the first programme, this initiative—supported by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA) and implemented in partnership between ReSPA and the Italian National School of Administration (SNA)—aims to strengthen administrative capacities in the Western Balkans.

The training will be organized in cooperation with the Italian School of National Administration (SNA) and the Department of Civil Service in the Ministry of Public Administration (MPA). It will provide a platform for sharing best practices and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of change and innovation in the public sector while emphasizing the strategic role of human capital in building a modern, meritocratic, and digitally capable public administration.

The participants are mid to senior-level practitioners from the key institutions responsible for civil service management, human resources development, and public administration reform in the Western Balkans, including civil service agencies, ministries of public administration, and public administration training institutions.
