ReSPA is launching the first module of Leadership Academy for civil servants from Western Balkans administrations, in Sofia, Bulgaria on 27-29 March 2025. The Academy would be organized in five modules through cooperation with Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and the Bulgarian Institute for Public Administration (IPA).

The Leadership Academy would provide a series of interactive sessions with seasoned French professionals with leadership track records in academic, administrative, and business sectors. It would encourage Western Balkans civil servants with the opportunity to learn how practical leadership skills would help them navigate complex administrative environments, by anticipating problems, optimizing their work and contributing to the transformative effects of the public administration.

The Academy would also provide the opportunity for peer exchanges and the creation of a strong regional network of public sector leaders, to further support the transformation of public administrations in the Western Balkans.
