Presentation of Feasibility Study on ReSPA Quality Management Centre
On 7 September 2017 the presentation of Feasibility Study on ReSPA Quality Management Centre (April – September 2017) has been realized at the premises of DG NEAR in Brussels, Belgium. As the above mentioned Feasibility study is of strategic importance for continuation of RESPA activities in domain of quality in public administration and services, it gathered the representatives from DG NEAR and RESPA with the participation of engaged experts.
Effective presentation of the study included the information on needs and expectation from the identified target audiences in the Western Balkan region and potential role of ReSPA in domain of Quality management. In addition to latter mentioned study presentation, RESPA Director, Ms. Sekulovic has met with the Head of Unit Mr. Bernard Brunet and with the representatives of the European Commission Financial and Control Unit.
