ReSPA Training Manager, Aqim Emurli addressed the Young Government Officials from the Western Balkans, 9-10 April 2013, in Berlin. The presentation of Mr. Emurli was focused on Administrative Reform and good governance in the Western Balkans viewed from the perspective of the regional aspect and in particular how ReSPA contributes to the PA reforms through its capacity building programmes.

The event was organized in the frame of the Fifth edition of the Fellowship Programme – supported by the European Fund for the Balkans in cooperation with Potsdam Center for Policy and Management, which offers an opportunity for meeting prominent lecturers and researchers where discussions about the current issues related to European Union but to the Global World as well take place. The Programme aimed to contribute to the development of effective and efficient state administrations in the region by offering a tailor-made fellowship and training programme for highly qualified young professionals from the highest ranking state authorities of the countries of the Western Balkans.
