ReSPA CAF group visited Quality Management centers in Austria
Since ReSPA has become partner of the BACID II project by the Austrian Association of Cities and Towns and KDZ Centre for Public Administration Research, more activities with the focus on quality in public administration and services have been realized. One of the last is ReSPA CAF group visit to Vienna and Graz in Austria from 11-13 September 2019.
Wide spectrum of institutions such as Ministry of sport and public administration, State Audit Institution, the City of Vienna, the province of Styria (Graz), the University of Graz and "life-support" organizations (Lebenshilfe) from Bruck/Kapfenberg and Leoben offered insight into the positive results gained by the implementation of Common Assessment Framework. The visit has been also used as an opportunity to discuss on further development activities of ReSPA Quality management Centre.
