ReSPA takes part in Agile Serbia Conference – All-Stars Edition 2020
This unique gathering Agile Serbia Conference – All-Stars Edition 2020 of notable Agile practitioners and leaders brought together participants from the Western Balkans and the entire globe. Due to great affinity of ReSPA to promoting Agile culture within Public Administration of the Western Balkans, representatives of ReSPA eGovernment Working group taken active participation (7-8 December 2020) by attending numerous online panels and the virtual networking events. Those panels responded on the most urging themes in subject area: How to Fix your failed Agile transformation, trends in Change Management, creating an Agile culture. Great speakers such as Angel Medinilla, Andrea Goulet, MIljan Bajic, in particular, reflected on different aspects of agile management implementation in the everyday business life.
The most inspiring messages deriving from the event were related to managing change trough creating safety, empathy and understanding others people perspectives. It has been confirmed that agile involves the establishment of safety environment to deal with the conflicts rather than pertaining to fake harmony. The take away from the event was above all understanding that whole of government, the holistic approach addresses boundaries, reliability, accountability, integrity, non-judgment and generosity aspects identical elements of an agile approach, i.e. the Agile Manifesto.
