On 10^th and 11^th December 2020, Respa organized an online workshop devoted to the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) which provided the floor for learning, sharing and exchanging experiences on HRMIS implementation, trends, practical solutions and ideas among the participants. Representatives of the HRMD and e-Gov working groups presented one or more aspects of inspiring practices in the digital transformation. In addition, the regional and EU inspiring practice examples were identified, presented and discussed.
