Sekulović : ReSPA continues to strengthen the public administration capacity of its Members

Organized as a two-day hybrid event, the 48th GB meeting at the Senior Official level confirmed the steady pace of ReSPA’s support of the public reform processes in the Western Balkans.

The first day of the meeting tackled numerous issues such as the Report on ReSPA Operations and Implementation of the Programme of Work (PoW) for the period 3 April – 17 June 2021, the state of play of ReSPA’s Monitoring Process, the status of In-country support mechanism within its Members as well as preparatory activities for the 3rd High-Level Policy Dialogue nad 12th Governing board meeting at Ministerial level (September/November 2021).

Governing Board approved the report on ReSPA Operations and Implementation of the ReSPA Programme of Work accompanied with information related to the ReSPA Governance and Operations and Implementation of Programme activities. 

During the second day of the meeting, the financial issues were discussed, such as ReSPA Audit Report for 2020, ReSPA Budget Implementation for 2020, information related to Donor Funds and National Contributions to the Core Budget 2021.  

At the end of the meeting, the Chair set the date for the next 49th Governing Board meeting at the Senior Official level which shall take place on 1st October 2021.
