ReSPA Supports the Development of the Human Resources Management Authority (HRMA) of Montenegro
Based on the collaborations established with the Human Resource Management Service (HRMS) from Serbia and the Human Resources Management Authority from Montenegro, ReSPA organized the Mobility scheme programme to enable learning, knowledge and experience sharing between peers from the region.
During the two-day programme, HRMS representatives presented to their Montenegro colleagues the HRM system established in their institution. They presented the online application to public announcements and competitions, how to submit the documents electronically and how to organize professional development and training of civil servants.
HRMA representatives were also interested in exchanging knowledge and practice related to the internal labour market, the Central Personnel Registry and the HR network.
„We believe this exchange helped HRMA representatives to gain successful experience from their colleagues from HRMS Serbia, which will be applicable and will influence the further development of HRMA. I am sure that participants will be able to share the knowledge gained and implement it in practice on a day-to-day basis,“ said Ranka Bartula-Mušikić, ReSPA Programme Manager.
