Based on collaborations established with public administration institutions in the Western Balkans, this programme allows civil servants to exchange and gain successful experience from different contexts, particularly amongst the region's public administration. In view of the importance of sharing the knowledge and experiences among peers and practitioners, this kind of ReSPA support instrument is helpful and practically contributes to further improvement of regional cooperation and tackling common challenges.

The official visit focused in particular on the exchange of experiences with Albanian counterparts on coordinating the public administration reform process, the digitization process, managing EU sector budget support and developing electronic services.

ReSPA's mobility instrument will continue to support close regional cooperation and collaboration among key PAR stakeholders.
