Within Regional Quality Management Centre, ReSPA organized the final – CAF Action Plan Workshop in the Agency for Civil Service of Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Self-assessment group members from the Agency for Civil Service of Republika Srpska went through clustered recommended actions for improvement. Apart from the CAF Self-assessment group members, representatives of ReSPA and  CAF Expert Ms Tihana Puzić guided the Self-assessment group members to agree on the future actions and concrete measures for each step identified.

The Self-Assessment Group Members also defined the Quick Wins that Agency will implement in the following three months.
