Mobility scheme: Montenegrin HRMA and CSA of the Federation of BaH shared experiences in the field of human resources to boost mutual efficiency
ReSPA, within the Mobility scheme programme, organised a two-day working visit of the Montenegrin Human Resource Agency to the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 17-18 October 2022.
Counterparts shared an exchange of good practices and experiences from the two institutions in the field of human resources management, in particular within the employment processes and expert improvement areas.
As a result, they agreed on joint activities in the direction of continuing cooperation and providing mutual support to increase the efficiency of both institutions.
