MATRA Pre-Accession Training Programme (MATRA PATROL)
Commissioned by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Europe Department (DEU), the T.M.C. Asser Instituut, in cooperation with Ecorys Nederland BV and The Hague Academy for local governance will implement the MATRA Pre-Accession Training Programme (Matra PATROL) - Strengthening Institutional capacity in the Rule of Law - during the period 2012 – 2015
MATRA PATROL is funded by The Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Eligible countries
Participants from the following countries are invited to apply:
Albania Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Turkey.
Fees and expenses
The Netherlands Government will provide full fellowships to selected participants.
