ReSPA Training Manager, Mr. Aqim Emurli attended the International Conference on “Enhancing the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Civil Service through Performance Appraisal” organized by the Azerbaijani Civil Service Commission under auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The event had brought together participants from different countries and regions who presented their cases related to the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Civil Service, in particular through the performance appraisal as a main tool of measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the individual civil servants. The Human Resource Management Authority from Montenegro also presented their case in this event.
