Notice for Experts: Expert in HR and Expert in digital transformation
ReSPA is seeking an Experts for the following positions:
- Expert in HR to support the workshop implementation on competency frameworks in the Western Balkan administrations and for preparation of the snapshots;
- Expert in digital transformation in government to support the workshop implementation on competency frameworks in the Western Balkan administrations and for preparation of the snapshots.
For more information on the application process and description of the assignment, find attached the following documents:
1) Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference for Expert in HR;
2) Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference for Expert in digital transformation;
3) Legal Entity Form for individual experts;
4) Legal Entity Form for a private company.
The application should contain in the email the following Activity Names:
- Expert in HR (67/2024);
- Expert in digital transformation (67/2024).
The required documentation should be submitted electronically by email to the following address: procurement@respaweb.eu by 18 June 2024 before 12 PM CET. Late submissions will not be considered for evaluation.
