ReSPA is pleased to announce the forthcoming capacity-building event, organised in connection with the Data Science Conference (DSC Europe 2025) in Belgrade.

DSC Europe 2025 represents one of the most comprehensive gatherings in the field of artificial intelligence and data science within the EMEA region. The event will bring together over 3,000 participants, 400 speakers, and a diverse mix of experts from the public and private sectors, academia, and international organizations, and this edition will be distinguished by its extensive agenda covering emerging technologies, practical applications of AI, and discussions on the societal and ethical dimensions of digital transformation.

Public officials from ReSPA Members will have full in-person attendance at the conference in Belgrade from November 19-21, 2025, and online access to all sessions on November 17th and 18th.

Over the course of three live conference days, DSC Europe will host sessions across multiple thematic halls, including DSC Tech Halls, the DSC:X Executive Hall, and several co-located industry events and breakout sessions.

The program has been structured to bridge the gap between technological innovation, governance, and cross-sector collaboration. The AI Conference will bring together policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders to explore emerging developments and practical applications of artificial intelligence across various sectors:

Additional sessions will address Global AI Policy and Regulation, AI for Social Good, and AI in Creative Industries.
  1. Thursday, 20 November – The second day will highlight Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Augmented Automation. Industry tracks will cover AI in FinTech, Blockchain & Cryptoanalytics, and AI-Commerce. For the public sector, key sessions include "AI in the Public Sector," "Legal Compliance in AI Tools," and "Data-Driven Energy Management," offering insights into the responsible integration of AI in public administration.
  1. Friday, 21 November – The final day will focus on advanced AI research and real-world deployment, featuring Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision. Sectoral sessions will explore AI in Healthcare, Security and Fraud Prevention, Smart Cities, EdTech, and AI in Labor, addressing both opportunities and societal challenges of AI adoption.

In addition to the main program, DSC Europe 2025 will host sessions and networking zones designed to foster collaboration and informal exchange. Workshops and Meetings will engage senior executives in strategic discussions on the adoption of AI. The Expo Zone will feature over 20 sponsor booths and a dedicated B2B Meeting Room, serving as a hub for partnerships and investment dialogue. Meanwhile, the Lavender Room will host an Interactive AI Zone, Fun Zone, and AI Talents Avenue, creating a dynamic environment for engagement and experimentation with AI tools and solutions.

The diversity of the agenda and the inclusion of targeted sessions, such as "AI in the Public Sector" and the "Government AI Dialogue," make DSC Europe 2025 highly relevant for public administration professionals, and the event offers an exceptional platform for knowledge exchange, visibility, and strategic networking.
