Tailored for civil servants from Serbia, this course was about the Public Administration Reform Sector Budget Support with a special focus on communication (including on intent and results not only visibility), reporting (including eligibility and performance) and coordination. A game approach served to make participants achieved a practical learning, using a simulation based on the Serbian Public Administration Reform. They had to play to implement and monitor the Sector Reform Contract.
